How a Lynx project actually runs.

The same sequence we use on every packaged website: enquiry, quotation, advance, kickoff, build, balance, handover. Custom SaaS is scoped separately.

    Enquiry

    Send a short brief on the contact form. We reply within one business day. No 40-slide pitch.

  2. 02

    Written quotation

    You get line items, a total, and the advance to book. The link works in the browser — no portal account to review or pay.

  3. 03

    Advance to start

    Starter books at 50%; Growth and Premium at 25%. Paying the advance is how you accept. You never pay 100% before work starts.

  4. 04

    Kickoff in 48 hours

    After the advance clears we start within 48 hours. Logo, copy, and access go on a kickoff checklist in your client portal.

  5. 05

    Build, then balance

    Design and code land together. Remaining balance is invoiced before go-live (Premium may split into milestones).

  6. 06

    Handover

    Bugs traced to work we shipped are fixed free for 30 days. New features are quoted. Care after that is a separate quote — we do not auto-bill.

The bits people ask before they book.

How does payment work?
You book with a professional advance — 50% on Starter, 25% on Growth and Premium — not the full fee. Kickoff starts after the advance clears. The balance is invoiced before go-live. Quote and invoice links work in the browser; you do not need a portal account to pay.
Do you work with clients outside India?
Yes. India is the engineering hub. We ship for founders and product teams in the US, EU, MENA, and APAC, with support any day of the week.
How soon do you start?
Kickoff is within 48 hours of the advance clearing. A short intake is enough to tell you if we are the right fit — we will not send a 40-slide pitch.
Can I print the quotation?
Yes. Open the quote link and use Print / Save PDF in the browser. The printed page keeps the scope, totals, and GST details, and hides the checkout form.
