How a Lynx project runs.

Custom SaaS is quoted after discovery — not a packaged website plan. Enquiry, a written quote, and an advance still apply; timelines live on that quote.

    Enquiry

    Send a short brief on the contact form. We reply within one business day. No 40-slide pitch.

  2. 02

    Written quotation

    You get line items, a total, and the advance to book. The link works in the browser — no portal account to review or pay.

  3. 03

    Advance to start

    Starter books at 50%; Growth and Premium at 25%. Paying the advance is how you accept. You never pay 100% before work starts.

  4. 04

    Kickoff in 48 hours

    After the advance clears we start within 48 hours. Logo, copy, and access go on a kickoff checklist in your client portal.

  5. 05

    Build, then balance

    Design and code land together. Remaining balance is invoiced before go-live (Premium may split into milestones).

  6. 06

    Handover

    Bugs traced to work we shipped are fixed free for 30 days. New features are quoted. Care after that is a separate quote — we do not auto-bill.

Do you take over an existing codebase?
Sometimes. We will say no if the repo is unmaintainable or the timeline is theatre. A short discovery is enough to decide.
Is this a packaged plan?
No. SaaS and custom web apps are scoped and quoted. Website plans on /plans are for marketing and brochure sites.
Who hosts it?
We can ship to your cloud or ours, as scoped. The quotation names hosting — we do not hide a surprise retainer inside the build fee.
Is there a retainer after launch?
Care is a separate quote if you want it. We do not auto-bill, and we do not invent an SLA we cannot staff.
